It is not new that plastic has become the greatest enemy of our planet, of the environment as a whole. Today, more than ever, we need to come together to find the solution to the large amount of plastic waste thrown mainly in the oceans.

A Colombian company LifePack is creating biodegradable products that germinate after use. That is, they can be thrown on the ground without any problem that will not pollute the environment.

How it works? After use, the dish can be planted on the ground or in a pot to germinate flowers, herbs or more plant species. It's as simple as removing the biofilm layer you have on top of the plate and place in the plate on the floor. It's really, really easy.

If you don't want to plant it, the used dish will disintegrate in just 3 weeks. Excellent news for the environment. After all, it is the best substitute for disposable plastic plates.
