We’ve all been told that we should recycle plastic bottles and containers. But what actually happens to the plastic if we just throw it away?

Every year, 8 million metric tons of plastics enter our ocean on top of the estimated 150 million metric tons that currently circulate our marine environments.

Imagine it, a plastic bottle takes around 5000 years to dispose of, those tons of plastic will never be dispose of, because every day the amount inevitably increases.

Think about it. Fish eat plastic and we eat fish containing plastic. We are already full of plastic in our body.
